Quotations

Quotations are issued after the vehicle or equipment has been assessed and are based on the work and parts identified at that time. Additional faults found during a repair are quoted separately for approval.

Approval and work

Repair work begins only once the quotation has been approved. Timelines depend on parts availability and the scope of the work.

Parts

Parts are sourced for each specific repair. Where genuine, original-equipment and aftermarket options exist, the differences are explained before the quotation is finalised.
